Office Assistant/Dispatcher
Are you a people person? As the first point of contact with the customer, our CSRs are very important to our operations. This position assists with office operations and receives, records and distributes work orders to service crews upon customers' requests. Duties also include preparing customer invoices and monthly reports. Qualified candidates will have AA degree or at least 6 months related experience. Position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, and current driver’s license.
Qualifications include:
- Valid driver's license
- Neat professional appearance
- Good writing & verbal communication skills
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
Relevant Work Experience: 1+ year
Education Level: AA degree or work equivalent
Salary/Wage: Competitive salary, negotiable with experience
