Feb. 21, 2011 – Toronto, ON: Canadian and American Franchise owners ranging from as far west as Iowa, as south as Virginia, as East as Vermont and north into Ontario met in Cleveland Ohio. Paul & Mark Gavel of Canadian Leak Detection in Toronto were among who attended. Discussions and presentations covered the latest technologies and strategies for leak detection in swimming pools, water mains, sewer lines, radiant heat, snow melt systems and other areas that are prone to leakage. The meeting is an annual event where franchise owners in the company exchange ideas and experiences and learn strategies from one another that can be applied to situations they may be confronted with back in their own office. Also in attendance was the manager from corporate office who gave a presentation on the latest changes at that level.
